If you think about it, tech companies have been growing expotentially over the last 2 decades.
Which means they have been hiring more and more people, their apps are becoming more and more complex...
Which leads to more and more chaos within their internal processes.
Over the last 5 years, companies have really been focusing on improving their processes between designers and developers so they can ship features faster.
The demand for UI Kit & Design System was born.
